A network taking 15% of your commission gives you a licence, a brand and a back office. If you hold your own licence, you only need the back office. Indium is that back office, on your brand, for one monthly price that stays the same however well you sell.

What Indium handles
Indium does the work. You approve it and stay in charge. The obligations stay with you as the licensee, and the records show you met them.
Compliance files
Each buyer and seller gets an AML file: identity, ownership, risk rating and file note, with intake links they fill in themselves. Your programme and risk assessment start from a template written for a one-person office.
Sales deposits and the trust audit
Deposits receipted to your trust account, reconciled in one ledger, with tools for the yearly trust audit. Solo is built for sales; it does not include a rent roll.
Your brand
Your name, colours and type on signboards, cards, listing material and social posts, with the licensee statement your regulator requires added for you.
AI staff
Assistants that draft vendor reports, follow up buyers after opens, answer enquiries, prospect your patch and prepare your social posts. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Two ways to start
Path one
Licensed solo
You hold an agent's licence in New Zealand, or a full licence in your Australian state. You run your own agency on Indium Solo under your own licence. You are your own compliance officer, and Indium does the paperwork that role creates.
Path two
Hosted by a licensee
You are a salesperson, so you work under a licensed agent. A licensee on Indium Host takes you on for a flat fee and supervises your files from its console. You trade under your own brand, with their licence statement on your material.
The step-up path
Start hosted. When you qualify for your own licence, move to it and keep the same Indium account, the same brand and every record. Nothing is migrated, because nothing moves.

- The default gross commission, NZ$160,000, is industry commission divided by licences in New Zealand for 2025. It is our estimate. Put in your own figure.
- The network share applies to every dollar of commission, with no cap. If your network caps its fee, lower the share to match.
- The Indium Solo price is a proposed price and may change. It excludes GST and portal fees.
